As a privately held LLC, we are governed by a board of directors whose operational imperatives are driven by the spirit of excellence. A legacy leadership firm established in 1999 with the sole purpose of supporting organizations to transform people from good to great. We embrace the ideology that we cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking we used to create them. This belief validates the principle that overcoming challenges requires a shift in perspective, thereby moving beyond the limitations of a mindset that led to the problem in the first place.
Since our inception, long-standing business and social norms have changed, and in many industries, current and potential employees no longer consider their career to be defined by one employer.
